“Mailing was very slow (I am glad I did not order living plants or even fish). The 3D printed protection guard for the Eheim Skim 350 skimmer is dysfunctional and thus useless (to be clear: the skimmer does NO longer work with this part!). I then ordered the one from Liquid Nature and it worked perfectly.”

Thanks for the feedback, I had to check what's happened with the order. It seems like You've selected pre Bank Transfer which is the slowest payment method. In these cases, we need to wait till the international transfer arrives and we only can continue the order processing after that. This usually 2-3 workdays. Your order was processed after that and we've sent it out with GLS. Unfortunately in December and still now Austria is slower a bit on delivery. The package was in Austria the same day Dec 17th but only delivered on 21st. Hopefully, once these lockdowns and regulations will be lifted the shipping will be again as fast as usual. Which are 2 days to Austria. For payment, we do recommend instant payment with either a bank card or Paypal for faster checkout and processing. I've checked and did not found any email about the product. Did you try to contact us? Can you please send a little more information about what's the problem? We are usually pretty good at support. We need a photo and a bit of detail on the issue and we will handle that.
