“Idea is great, belt works as long as you don’t really need it to hold your pants up. Belt material really doesn’t look good with biz casual more of a tactical/athletic look. In my opinion of course... Overall, the belt will get little use as I only wears belts in a business setting.”

David, The Grip6 belt should definitely be holding your pants up, as long as it is put on correctly. Since the Grip6 belt is different than most, it is very easy to put it on incorrectly.
