James, Thank you for your feedback. The Grip6 belt does take some time getting used to. Maybe this video will help you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzuO6dKP3hE In that video, BJ shows the best way to get it tight as well as get it off. Kait Grip6

“Love these belts. I have two buckles and three colored straps and I love mixing them up! Not only do I wear them casually daily, but I also dress up with them as well! Very comfortable and they barely feel like they're there, except for the fact your pants stay at your waist!”
