“I ordered my husband the Mens Classic 3 belt for Christmas. Very timely delivery. I had ordered the wrong size sadly tho. The customer service I received from Kait was outstanding. Never have i been cared for so quickly, kindly, professionally and personally. Even if your product weren't as good as it it, your customer service representative Kait would have me coming back. She should train all your staff. Heck, she should train all customer service industries out there. It's hard in today's business world to employee and keep good people and products available to the public. I will certainly be a voice to be heard for your company.
