“I ordered my husband the Mens Classic 3 belt for Christmas. Very timely delivery. I had ordered the wrong size sadly tho. The customer service I received from Kait was outstanding. Never have i been cared for so quickly, kindly, professionally and personally. Even if your product weren't as good as it it, your customer service representative Kait would have me coming back. She should train all your staff. Heck, she should train all customer service industries out there. It's hard in today's business world to employee and keep good people and products available to the public. I will certainly be a voice to be heard for your company. “My wife got me this for Christmas. Been using the one same belt for years and think she got tired of always having to answer, "have you seen my belt?" These look great and fit great. I like being able to switch up the colors, the buckle sits flat and doesn't get in the way when I'm leaning over working on something. And with it's own hanger I always know where my belts are.”

“I ordered your Men's classic pack for my hubby for Christmas after seeing your ad on Facebook, great ad by the way :). My husband likes them, but they come loose on him and the ends of the belt on two of them have already come apart. He's looked up info on your site and videos on Youtube to make sure he was wearing them correctly wondering if it was his error or just needed to be broken in, but they continue to slip on him and with the ends already coming off he's a bit discouraged by them and wants to send them back.”
