“Three Stars this time for these reasons. First off, I\'ve ALWAYS been 100% pleased w/ GS Services! I ordered Fast Pass, cause why not, and it bumped my order. However, there was a loot drop that affected my account til the following day. Understandable. The following day about 4 hrs after the fix, I reached out to GS Chat. Letting them know (with time zones) I was on stand by for codes, but going to bed soon. I missed the Recovery that night by one hour, as I was told...\"I was in queue.\" In the past, they\'ve accommodated accordingly for such matter. So now we\'re into the next day. I message very early, and am a \"Fast Pass\" Member. It wasn\'t until almost 10 hrs that day and multiple reach outs for updates, my account got put and pulled up for the recovery. Mind you, I was showing number 1 in queue all day. The service was completed as always, in a professional way. Just first time I\'ve experienced \"turbulence\" I guess. I will use them again (seeing especially if Fast Pass is worth it.) One more time, GS has always been great, this review is just the recent I had. Thanks”
