“Great experience overall. The kit was sent quickly, it did take me a couple of weeks to bring myself to actually get the ashes from the urn. Eventually we did it and sent them off, the jewellery was returned in a couple of weeks or so. The necklace is beautiful, I got the teardrop necklace in purple with ‘Bella’ engraved on the back. Purple is my favourite colour and Bella was my purple dog, purple collar, lead etc etc. It’s a lovely way to remember her and have her close to my heart Thank you”
