The service was outstanding … what was promised was delivered by the team very promptly. It is so well made and looks absolutely stunning . “It's a very lovely small pendant, the chain was a bit short so I had to use a different chain, but the pendant itself is absolutely gorgeous. Very beautifully crafted.”

“I love the colour of the pendants themselves and their quality but I have a problem with the fastener. The catch is quite stiff but will doubtless become easier, however there needs to be a proper ring on the other end of the chain. To fasten it, the catch has to go into the last link of the chain which is small and lacks stability when trying to link on to it; on one occasion I simply had to give up. A pity that this seemingly trivial matter detracts from the overall appreciation.”
