“The whole experience was completely stress free. The teardrop pendant is exquisite.The remaining ashes were retuned in a velvet bag with a small silver tin inside. Had they been human ashes the service would have been considered dignified, however these were the ashes of my beloved dog and the respect shown was amazing. Thank you x”
