“We ordered a blue teardrop necklace with dad's ashes for mum's 80th birthday and it was just beautiful. The instructions were really simple to get the ashes down to Hand on Heart Jewellery and the necklace came back a few weeks later in a beautiful gift box with a lovely certificate and gift bag.
