“I ordered the teardrop pendant in black after looking at different companies and reading reviews I chose this one and from the very beginning I was kept upto date with everything, when I should expect my package to arrive and how to supply my Dads ashes and also when to expect delivery etc. When the necklace arrived I was speechless it is absolutely stunning - it comes with a certificate of authentication with my dads name on it - the inscription on the back was perfect, the chain is surprisingly thicker than I expected & the price was great too - I love it and will treasure it forever - Yes I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would definitely use in the future”

“After buying a bead charm, and love it so much, I decided to buy a Tear Drop Necklace. I ordered it in black and when I received it, I was over the moon because the ashes that I sent were white/grey and my fur baby was black and white, so a bonus. “Right from when the pack arrived, everything went very smoothly. Was notified when they received the ashes to when delivery would be . They in fact delivered well before the estimated day of delivery, which was fantastic as it arrived just before my husbands birthday so it was over whelming when it arrived.
