“I ordered the memorial necklace for my mother, using my late father's ashes. The pendant looks beautiful but the overall product is let down by the chain. I ordered the silver bleacher 16" ext to 18". I was very disappointed to see that the end of the chain had no jump ring for fastening (had to take to a jewllers to amend) and the extended part of the chain is made of a completely different style of chain, giving a premium priced product a cheap overall look. Such a shame. Wouldn't recommend.”

“Easy to order online, simple instructions and container for the ashes. Returned quicker than originally estimated and packaged lovely with giftbag for a nice touch. Only issue I had was the postage I paid for at checkout wasn’t valid at my local post office as it was with Royal Mail (who knew they weren’t the same thing?) so I had to pay a second delivery cost of over £7 as it was cheaper than travelling to my nearest “Royal mail” office.”
