“Starting tirzepatide was honestly one of the better desicions I've made for my health in a long time. The first couple weeks I wasnt sure what to expect but by week three I could really feel the difference in my appetite and how I was responding to food. I stopped picking at things between meals, stopped finishing everything on my plate just because it was there, and started actually feeling satisfied with normal sized portions. By the end of month two I had lost 24 pounds and my clothes were fitting completley differently. Beyond just the weight loss I feel more in control in general. It's hard to explain but when food stops running your thoughts all day you have so much more mental space for other things. My sleep has improved, I'm moving more, and I genuinely feel lighter in every sense of the word. Tirzepatide isn't a magic fix but it gave me the foothold I needed to actually make real changes and I'm really grateful for that.”
