“Very clear and easy to follow course. The minute taking video exercise was really useful. I would have preferred to have 4 or 5 of these to cement the learning. I found the reading out loud of the questions in the final assessment quite distracting. I overcame this by muting the sound on my laptop.”

“It was great to take this course to know how to take minutes effectively. It would be great to have a few more real exercises(videos or audio) so that I can actually test the minute taking skills after the training rather than having only theory test.”
