“I found the course very helpful, explaining clearly the necessary skills required to execute professional minute taking. Excellent content clearly spoken and displayed throughout the course. I would add the option of a download containing the slides from the courses, this would be a very helpful addition to refer back to. Also perhaps add additional role play meetings, thus giving extra practice of minute taking. The staff at High Speed Training were very helpful when I encountered a technical problem with my laptop. Over all I would most definitely recommend this course.”
