“I wish there were more examples threaded throughout instead of being talked "at". I gathered some useful information regardless but would love to see the template actually being used and shown with the scenarios presented. instead of a picture of the template, and what should be written next to it... hope that makes sense”

“The session constantly goes back and forth between different parts of the process. Ideally, the modules should be separated into different segments; preparation, writing the agenda, minute taking, and writing the final minutes. There were a few times where I had to double check if the theoretical agenda or the minutes were being referred to. Many points were repeated over and over again; making the course unnecessarily lengthy. Overall, it was poorly organised.”
