“I took some valuable points from the e-learning and found the templates useful. I found it a bit outdated at times as it didnt cover virtual meetings where laptops are highly likely to be used for minute taking”

“The course was very well, clearly structured and presented, easy to follow, and easy to use. I did it in one sitting but I think being able to leave it and return to it when you want is very helpful. I was expecting the final assessment questions to be much harder than they were.”
