“I have found the course useful in confirming my role within the meeting. Some of the rules are not followed by the company I work for and the meetings are slightly more informal. However, the examples on how to write a discussion and useful terminology will be invaluable to me when writing the final minutes. It would have been useful to have been issued with a paper copy of the course so that I can refer to it when needed.”
