“The test questions at the end were too basic and did not assess understanding of the content sufficiently. I would have liked to have some case studies to practice note taking from. Maybe an audio dialogue that you had to note from and then produce final minutes afterwards.”

“I enjoyed it, it was easy to use and it was clear and concise. My only concern is that there is no Pause function. I think most people taking this course will be based in the office where there are many distractions and disturbances. If the telephone rings or somebody needs to speak to you, a pause function would be beneficial.”
