“The course was very basic and could have given examples of final minutes. I would have found it useful if there was a short video of a meeting that you had to minute and then compare against others.”

“This was a really good course but I will say it was slightly basic if you already take minutes within your job, you will know most of what is covered. I was looking to gain tips and techniques to better my own minute taking but didn't find this helpful personally. However this course would be much better suited and perfect for those yet to undertake minutes.”
