“Disappointed as it stated that the course was 8 hours but it certainly did not take that long. I thought it would be in more detail as I was expecting an 8 hour course but I completed and passed within 4 hours.”

Hello Sally, Thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate your comments! I'm sorry to hear that you found the course a lot quicker to complete than the 8 hours we advice. Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. Some of our customers choose to increase the course speed within the settings as well and this will result in you completing the course quicker. “It was hard to keep interested in the course It was slow and repetitive. There were some good bits of advice unfortunately there was a lot of slow repetitive dialogue before you got to these points.”
