“As a newcomer to the task of minute taking, I found this to be an ideal course. It provided an excellent introduction and it did so in a concise and easy to understand way without feeling intimidating in any way. It was not rushed and the checkpoints within the modules were an ideal way to check understanding. The test at the end had the right balance of questions insofar as some were commonsense based and some would have required being attentive to the modules.”
