“Training was very long and very repetitive. one of the questions asks for 1 answer and there were 2 correct options around pre-inspections this seemed like a trick. also an image questions asks which is correct positioning. the "correct" answer shows an incorrect positioning as the hand placement was on the stiles not on the rungs.”

“At least it was cheap. Basic trigonometry was missing, Laws were misquoted and odd extra information was there. My client doesn't care. They just want the bit of paper that says I know how to stand on a ladder.”
