“Nice course but one gripe with the following test question: Q. How frequently should pre-use inspections of ladders take place? Summary notes state: Pre-use inspections Employers must make sure that anyone who uses a ladder or stepladder at work is trained to carry out thorough pre-use inspections. Pre-use inspections must be carried out at the beginning of each working day and before each use of the ladder or stepladder. They should also be done when conditions have changed, such as if the ladder or stepladder is moved to a different location or dropped. Doing so ensures that the ladder or stepladder remains safe to use. So answer B & D were both correct. I guessed D but this was wrong so I assume answer B was preferred?”
