“Content was very good but found the delivery irritating.The voice had an upward inflection at the end of every statement which grated and the spoken word was slower than being able to read it.”

“The course states that social care may request an EHA where a child would benefit from working with multiple services (and needs are not fully known). Earlier, the course states that an EHA is appropriate for low level needs as opposed to emerging needs - and that emerging needs may require multiple agencies. This is a question on the test at the end (EHA for low level needs) so is clearly considered an important distinction, but the material somewhat obfuscates the point.”
