“Excellent high quality training. In depth information and case studies, At a time when accessing face to face training is impossible this course meets the needs of my organisation, my role and is in line with our policies. Highly recommend provider and will be looking at additional training for myself and my staff.”

“I enjoyed it. It was clear and easy to follow - I downloaded the linked documents and spent time with them before taking the assessment. The assessment though - there were two questions where the choices for answers were ambiguous e.g. whether being a young carer is considered a low level need. Surely this is dependent on context?”
