“I have two comments. First, I have dyslexia and the questions could be reviewed for dyslexia friendliness. The question on 'Reasonable adjustments', for example, does not test whether or not I know that disabilities need to be taken into consideration and steps taken to accommodate the disability. The question is test of my memory for the actual word used in legislation and is, therefore, not a reasonable question for dyslexics to answer. Second, the training recommends a proforma application form to allow candidates to be compared. This advice contradicts the unconscious bias training, which states applications should not be compared against each other but only against an objective standard.”
