“The course was good. A couple of the questions were not relevant to a early years setting - for example, the one about a teacher having a safeguarding concern about a colleague. Also, it would have been useful to have been able to see what the 'correct' answers should have been.”

I’m sorry to hear you didn't find all the content relevant to you, unfortunately the course is designed from learners from different types of workplace so we do try and meet the needs of everyone. If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future.
