“Presentation of the course material is rather monotonous i.e. text on screen read word for word by a voiceover artist, illustrated with a photograph. The short exercises at the end of some sections made a welcome break. Incorporating more opportunities for interaction would enhance the content and increase learner engagement.”

Hello Sarah, thank you for your review and feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you found you felt this way about the course. We design our courses to be engaging and thorough, but we are always looking to improve our training! I have therefore passed on your feedback onto the relevant teams ready for the next version of the course. Thanks again, Natasha (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
