“The comments about maintaining appropriate eye contact in interviews is discriminatory towards neurodivergent individuals who may find that difficult- it is not a reflection on their suitability to interview nor a person’s ability to do their job and should not be used as an indicator of anything untoward or a reflection on how much they are listening.”
