“Really useful and the pace of the speaker was good. The only thing I would look for would be a pause button. I am not sure if I missed it, but would have been great to pause as I was interupted. Thanks for providing a great course!”

“Two feedback points: 1) The 'open' question in the assessment is actually closed... "Can you...?" can be answered yes/no. One of the other questions isn't well written, but actually counts as an open question. 2) In the training session on self-disclosure, the question slide said "non-disclosure" instead of "self-disclosure", changing the sense of the question. Otherwise, the course was clear and easy to follow.”
