“I enjoyed the course, when you do the assessment it really gets you to think before answering the question. I like the fact that you can skip back to previous if you want to listen to the module again.”

“The commentator sounded like they were reading from a script. There was no inflection to their voice and possibly could deter individuals that are doing the course from not paying proper attention.”

Hello, thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you didn't like the voiceover. The voiceover sounding more neutral makes it less likely for learners to misunderstand what they are saying. We understand that this doesn't always have a positive effect, You do have the option to turn the voiceover off by going into the Settings button and selecting "Off" for the audio, which I hope will make the experience better for you if you do another course with us.
