“Maddeningly slow to get through so little content. Very little insight. Turns out we should treat the people in the hiring process as human beings. Gets a single star for at least covering the legal side of things with discrimination.”

“I enjoyed this course and, although it is a belt & braces approach it's great for a refresh. My one criticism is regarding the section on feedback. If you have had a face to face interview with a candidate then verbal rejection (such as a phone call) is far more appropriate as a matter of courtesy to the candidate. Yes they want to deal with that feedback privately but you can deliver the news and invite them to contact you later if they have questions.”
