“I do not have any criticism of the content itself. The information appears relevant and covers the expected legal and practical points. However, the delivery and pacing of the course make it extremely difficult to complete. The course progresses very slowly. There are long stretches of material that feel unnecessarily drawn out, with no ability to move through sections at a reasonable pace. This results in a significant waste of time. What should be a relatively straightforward piece of mandatory training becomes a prolonged and frustrating experience. Because of how slow and inefficient the format is, I would not recommend this course to anyone. The time required far outweighs the benefit for many learners, particularly those who already understand the basic concepts or who find slow, linear e-learning formats hard to engage with. I hope this feedback is useful for improving the user experience of future versions of the course.”
