“The course content was solid but the process was very slow to work through - there should be an option for directly scrolling through the materials instead of waiting for the pages to fully load. The assumed reading speed of the user is too slow and it meant the course took twice as long as it should. The questionnaire assessment was also very simplistic compared to another course I have taken on the subject at work in terms of 1 obvious answer and 3 bad answers meaning the user wont spend enough time thinking about the scenarios.”
