Hello Matthew, Thank you for your review and your feedback, we really appreciate it! I’m sorry to hear that you felt the course was too long. Our courses are very in-depth and cover a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best! Eli (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

I believe there is a mistake in this content. It states, "Actively excluding an employee from activities, office chat or other matters, regardless of their sexual identity or gender is also harassment." I believe it should read “Actively excluding an employee from activities, office chat, or other matters because of their sexual identity or gender constitutes harassment.” Because, not regardless. Harassment, as defined in many legal frameworks (e.g., the UK Equality Act 2010), involves unwanted conduct related to a protected characteristic (such as sexual orientation or gender) that creates a hostile, degrading, or offensive environment. Exclusion only becomes harassment if it is done because of the person’s sexual identity or gender. If the exclusion happens regardless of their sexual identity or gender (i.e., for reasons unrelated to these characteristics), it may still be poor workplace behaviour but wouldn’t necessarily meet the legal definition of harassment.

We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course.
