“An option to disable the audio to read ahead and select the next button at your leisure would have been preferred. An option to send a copy of the certificate to a personal email would also have been preferred. I have previously worked for companies that would not release training certificates upon leaving the business, so I could not demonstrate that I had completed certain training courses or qualifications. Other than the above notes, the program was simple to use, clear, direct, and easy to understand.”
