“I do think some questions could be confusing, the question about conflict resolution training could also be 'mindfulness', that was also mentioned in the training and is an umbrella term that includes conflict resolution”

“This was very much geared to teachers and the school environment and not overly inclusive for other professionals who work with children with challenging behaviour. The videos are quiet and I had to turn the volume up and down throughout the whole course. I did not enjoy this as much as previous courses I have embarked upon.”
