“I loved that I could complete the training at my own pace and there was the option to download a digital copy of the certificate straight after completion. The content was good, well structured, written in plain English and focused on principles rather than jargon, buzzwords or flavour-of-the-month scholarly articles. Thank you :)”

“It went through step by step and could be used with different ages and different challenging behaviours. It made me think about what I do and how I could improve too. Gave a child's view that can sometimes be lost when you are becoming frustrated with their continuing "bad" behaviour.”
