“I think some of the wording is not right, 'bad' behaviour for example is not correct especially for early years. All behaviours are communication and staff should be aware of how to support the children to display positive behaviours to overcome any barriers.”

“The course could be more suited to childminders who provide before and after school care and it doesn't focus on the problems existing with gaining information about the whole child.”

“The course was very informative and well laid out. I had a few issues with the workbook when trying to type in it but after emailing support, they rectified the issues very quickly. I would say that although the course does say you can type on it using your device, this does not save should you close it so if you are going to do this, I would recommend downloading a copy first and using the saved version so you can update it each time. Would definitely recommend the course though!”
