“I believe this course would be more beneficial to newly-employed teaching staff, or pre-employed staff. This was not particularly useful for staff who have worked in education for a length of time, as 99% of this content is covered at school. Perhaps a statement on the course information page could be made about how this may not benefit teaching staff who have been employed for a while.”
