Very slick and well-presented, but a lot of the definitions felt not quite right, and begged questions. For instance, how much the interview process is there to literally establish whether there's affinity with a candidate (although on a much deeper level than what their hobbies are) feels like a much more nuanced discussion exercise. I also expected this to go a bit deeper with how to weed out biases that you may not have spotted. Stuff that's way less obvious than the surface level "I was bullied by someone called Jane" examples given. Either the average person has way less awareness of their own thoughts than I gave them credit (possible) or this material needs to dig a little deeper.

Hello Jonathan, thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, Natasha (Customer Support, High Speed Training).
