I feel like I learned a lot and that I can share it with my team to improve our practices and ensure we are more inclusive and diverse. There are practices we have at work (eg the PDR processes) which, if implemented, would help to ensure that unconscious bias is addressed. However, because we don't know why they are the way they are, they can seem onerous. People follow correct procedure intermittently and often skip parts. This helped me to really understand the tools I have to hand, and I can now embed good management practice more effectively.

I didn't think that many examples through the training related to racism, sexism or sexuality. I wonder whether these particularly damaging biases could be focussed on more. Otherwise I found the training good.

Really good and well put together. Some of the language was a bit jargonny and hard words to remember, hard to use them to differentiate between the different types of bias.
