“Very good overall; valuable and thought-provoking. A couple of points that occurred to me - 1. On the Positive Bias page, I didn't agree with the wording in the example of the person with a "fun, outgoing personality" where it says "of course, having these traits isn't a negative thing, but a positive one". While I get what it's saying, I feel that saying "of course" simply reinforces the cultural bias that the ideal person has an outgoing personality, by implying that it's well-known fact/common sense that to be outgoing is an objectively positive trait along the lines of being exceptionally talented. 2. On the 'Steps to Overcome Bias' page, I didn't really understand the 'Increase exposure to biases' point. The explanation and example didn't quite seem to match up - the example seems more related to the first point about core values, and it's not quite clear how saying your core values out loud increases exposure to biases. I felt this point needed more explanation and/or a different example?”
