“I am dyslexic and found the assessment very difficult. Dyslexia requires words to be processed using pictures, concepts and patterns etc. The terms used in the multiple-choice answers to describe certain kinds of unconscious bias were, to my mind, unspecific and open to interpretation. I found myself making 50/50 guesses. I repeated the assessment and made the same mistake for one of the questions!”

“The content of the course is a bit outdated. As an example, there's a question referring to hiring millenials, and we live in an age where we're hiring GenZ into hte workforce Content is too verbose - one can achieve the same outcome of increasing awareness of unconscious bias by having crisper / shorter and clearer content. The case studies were good”
