“Having the audio was very helpful. The handouts are helpful but as a Dyslexic learner it would be helpful if the course came with a downloadable handbook of the slides from the modules all in one place. There was also one area (Liberty Protection Safeguards) in which it spoke about legislation coming into place soon - however the legislation has been in place since 2020 so this made need some revision.”

“I would argue one of the reasons my answer was marked incorrect. It related to an alcoholic who had been befriended in a pub. I said she was at risk of finical abuse. The answer said that was wrong and she was not at risk of that as they had given her gifts and money. That was the reason I had selected that. Often in cases of financial the abuser gives smalls gifts and small amounts of money to build trust and make the victim feel like they owed them something. I think a better alternative is needed as its misleading. Also the time given to read in the learning is far far far too long. I ended up getting very distracted when trying to complete my learning as I had read the information and was ready to move on but was unable to do so.”
