“Safeguarding is a vital l issue but the course was monotonous, slow-paced (even when "fast" selected) and unengaging. As someone who'd much rather read information, it was frustrating to have to wait so long before I could skip rather than go at my own pace. In the end, I struggled to engage with the content because I spent most of the time getting frustrated with the technology. I'd have massively preferred it if I was able to just download and read the info, with the interactive slides, placed in a separate place. I also found the final quiz a bit frustrating - some of the wrong answers were a little ambiguous on first glance and - whilst I get why you're not being told what the right answer is so as not to prejudice the test results - it would have been good to at least see at the end what you got wrong so you could review the options and think about what you might have put instead.”

“It is a good course but it talks about all of the different agencies involved in someone’s care but doesn't mention workers from the voluntary sector - Care Coordinators, Independent Living Advisor, Caseworkers all work closely with adults and are often the people who support clients through safeguarding issues.”
