“It is a good course but it talks about all of the different agencies involved in someone’s care but doesn't mention workers from the voluntary sector - Care Coordinators, Independent Living Advisor, Caseworkers all work closely with adults and are often the people who support clients through safeguarding issues.”

Hello Cathy, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, Nicola

“The course was clear, practical, and easy to follow. The real-life scenarios helped build confidence in recognising and responding to safeguarding concerns. I’d highly recommend it to anyone working in care or support services.”

“The training is well programed and have sufficient materials to learn. In some point there are so much cover and that can be time consuming. However, it is useful and reliable.”
