The assessment moves too slowly, you cannot adapt to your own reading speed. The question set is mostly irrelevant to my job role. I do not recommend this style of learning for long-term recall.

Hello Alex, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow. I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! Should you need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best, Natasha (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

I thought the course was excellent. However one of the scenario questions slightly concerned me. It was the scenario about Khalil who had suffered child abuse when in a childrens home and never told anyone. He was managing well as an adult but recently had seen the perpetrator in the street which made him feel anxious. He said he didn't want to report the perpetrator or do anything about it. The answer was to respect his decision and do nothing. This answer worried me - of course you need to respect Khalil's decision but also surely if you have been alerted about this abuse then surely it needs to be looked into as this perpetrator could still be potentially abusing other children. To do nothing with this information surely wouldn't be correct?
