Hi Michael, thank you for your review and feedback! I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the voice over and it took you too long. The reason you can't skip through is because the course material is something you will need to read through in order to prove that you are fully competent in the course you are completing and also be updated on any changes in legislation etc since the last time you completed the course. We would be going against CPD and all training requirements if we issued a certificate to someone who hasn't fully completed the course. “One of the click and drag questions was so hard - I think there were 8 options and it was quite ambiguous. It took me so long to get it right! Otherwise, fab and clear.”
