“Another detailed training course. Well laid out and presented. Informative, though a bit of cross-over with the Food Hygiene course (some is inevitable in light of the subject matter). Good value for money. As with some other courses, I feel additional interactivity might help. I found myself doing a lot of listening and writing/typing. Also think this might benefit from a greater linkage with the 'Safer Food, Better Business' package at the FSA so that learners are not tempted to duplicate work. Overall, though, recommended.”
