“it should have explained and alerted me that the final stage was a test which i could not go back and change the answers to. Or if failed i would have to pay again to take another test. i didnt like that aspect at all. it should have been made clear.”

Hello Meroujan, thank you for your review and congratulations on completing your course. Our system has never asked for another payment if you fail the assessment, and it does actually state on the information page for the Level 2 HACCP for Catering & Retail the following: "If you don't pass don't worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.", so it is definitely outlined for people's information. While the test marks the questions one at a time, you can go back and retake the assessment even when you pass, which means you can answer questions that you may have gotten wrong before.
