“Very satisfied, I previously studied for and did the assessment for Level 3 food hygiene and safety and manufacturing and as i felt i learnt a lot from that and i was able to study at my own pace and then complete the assessment, this ease allowed me to now do the 'Starting a Home Food Business' course, which has given me an insight to the Business plans, VAT and so forth. The best part for me is that with my hectic schedule i was able to also learn for this. Back in the days when i was at Uni i was solely studying, therefore didn't know if i could manage studying and also taking part in the many things i do now as i'm older. However it actually has been complimentary for me and not at all daunting either.”
